Taking the time to practise yoga regularly at YogaRosa retreats was one of the best decisions that I have made in a very long time. I loved being able to immerse myself in not only the physical practise, but also to give myself time and space to breathe. The retreat was absolutely lovely; I felt very "at home" right away.
