  The Sanctuary session combines various energy techniques to relieve stress & bring a profound state of calm. Your therapist opens up the energy channels on your feet, your body & focuses on your head. This session help rejuvenate the hypothalamus, reducing fearful thinking around trust, joy & safety.
• 6x Emotional transformation and self-awareness group session through the 5 Elements Therapy (water, wood, fire, earth, metal /ether) (2-2.5h daily) (120 mins)
• 1x Euphoria Chakra sound healing (50 mins)
• 1x Group 5 Elements dance therapy (45 mins)
