This 5* luxury retreat, run by Claire and James, is a truly special, personalised experience. They’ll welcome you with a consultation, followed by detailed body stats and a fitness benchmark. Throughout your stay, Claire and James will give you a huge variety of training methodologies as well as a take away programme for you based on your goals and what you’ve enjoyed throughout your stay. There’s also a expert nutrition workshop and a habits and behaviour change session – run by Claire, who has a background in NLP and coaching.
Your time at ME will include all the proven, results-driven activities they’ve tweaked and refined over the years, tailor made with a personal touch. Think fat busting, metabolic spiking, muscle toning workouts, coupled with down time to rebalance the body and mind.
As for the food – tasty, nutritious and healthy options await you for breakfast and lunch in ME’s first class restaurants. And the evenings are left free, so you can sample nearby eateries or simply chill by the pool for a while and call in room service!
