I wasn't after a very serious spa retreat, more a holiday that included a lot of pampering, so it was suggested to me to try Almyra. It was exactly what I was after, the location couldn't have been any better, the sea views were some of the best I had ever seen and it was so easy just to stroll down to the beach. When it came to the spa I was equally impressed, firstly by the sheer amount of treatments on offer but also by just how well they were carried out and how relaxed I felt after. I had a facial, body wrap, and detox bath and I looked and felt so much more radiant after. I look forward to returning again.
I was really keen to enjoy a more relaxed family holiday this year, (one that included me getting to spend a lot of time in the spa!), so I decided to try Almyra after hearing about all the fantastic facilities they have in place for young families. The stay was perfect, we got to spend plenty of family time on the beach but also could so easily drop the kids off at the children's club and indulge in a few treatments at the spa. The whole experience was simply heavenly, I didn't think it would be possible to ever please everyone on a family holiday but this trip has proven it can be done!
I wanted a holistic spa break by the sea but wanted to stay in Europe, so Almyra ticked all of those boxes. I opted for their Relax and Restore programme which was the perfect way to try out a few of the different spa treatments, as well as the yoga which I was very impressed by, and then decided to add on a few extras while I was there, as I was staying for a few more days after my programme ended. The whole experience was excellent, it really allowed me to recharge my batteries - it felt like a holiday and wellness break rolled into one and I couldn't be happier with my time spent there.
