Healthy Broth Recipe By Marbella Club
This healthy broth recipe from Marbella Club is rich in collagen, minerals and vitamins and is very soothing for the stomach and great for cleansing programmes:
• 1 turnip
• 2 carrots
• 3-4 celery sticks
• 1 handful of parsley
• 1 garlic clove
• 2 small onions
• 700g tomatoes
• 500g potatoes
• 1 pinch of Cayenne pepper
• 1 to 2 litres of water
Please use organic vegetables if possible. Bring the water to a boil and then let it simmer for 2 hours. Strain all vegetables and serve warm.
Garnish with fresh coriander or parsley. Enjoy!
