"Food and the mental well being of the programme were of a very good standard and well delivered with the accommodation provided being good .The spa elements including body wrap,massage ,facial and flotation were below standard with no explanation as to procedure ,clockwatching and little or no supervision.I raised my health and safety concerns at the Centre."
