Why not try this simple and easy sparkling refresher to aid digestion?
150 ml, sparkling mineral water
30 ml, freshly juiced ginger
120 ml, freshly juiced green apple
Blend the apple juice and ginger juice together with a few ice cubes. Pour into a long glass, top with the sparkling mineral water and stir.
